How the waiting list and booking works

📝 Waiting list

We offer the possibility of two types of registration on the waiting list, FREE and PRIORITY

• In the case of free registration you will receive a confirmation email and you will be contacted only if there are no vacancies assigned to the priority list.

• In the case of priority registration you will receive a confirmation email and will have to schedule a telephone interview to get to know each other; if the conditions we are looking for are met you will receive a second confirmation email. The next steps will be the acceptance of the contractual conditions and the payment of the €100* fee as a waiting commitment which will then be deducted from the deposit during the official booking phase. Registration will be considered confirmed ONLY after having satisfied all the requirements. In the case of priority registration for puppies for show/breeding, the required fee will be €200, registrations will be managed in order of registration, giving priority to those for puppies for show/breeding if present and then registrations for companion puppies. All this does not automatically give the right to the reservation, but it guarantees you priority of contact when the puppies are available.

What is the Priority Waiting List?
It is a shared path between us and the families who have chosen to entrust us with a piece of their future. It is not based on how much you expect, but on how you wait: with trust, respect and awareness. Because a puppy is a life companion, not a good to "buy on the fly".

Entering our priority list means:

Receiving continuous and dedicated support;

Receiving updates on the planning of litters;

Experiencing the puppy's entire journey up close, from mating to birth, up to the moment of delivery;

Having the certainty of receiving a carefully selected puppy, raised in an ethical, stimulating and familiar context.

From confirmation of pregnancy with ultrasound (around 30 days), to the day of birth, up to the first stages of growth: weaning, games, first baths, interaction with the environment and people. An exciting journey that we will share together until the moment when, around 90 days, the puppy can enter your family. And we will remain by your side even after that.

📌 Reservation (active only with available puppies)

When the puppies are born and we have confirmation of their health and development, we officially open reservations (only in the absence of priority registrations)
At that point, we will contact the families on the Free list and those who want to confirm can reserve their puppy by paying a deposit equal to 50% of the established cost

During the reservation:

We will guide you in choosing the most suitable puppy, based on character, energy, needs and lifestyle.

We will provide videos and weekly updates to accompany you in the growth of your puppy.

You will receive our complete guide to best prepare for the welcome.

From the first contact until the moment the puppy enters your home (and even after), we will be by your side with:

* the fee is not refundable as it may happen that someone refuses to register when they see the registrations already present. If you decide to opt out, the fee compensates us for the time spent communicating with you and any missed opportunities. If you wish, the quota can be maintained without time limits.

The only scenarios in which we will provide a refund are as follows:

If you have second thoughts within 5 days of signing up;
If we change our mind based on information acquired after enrollment that calls into question the family's eligibility;
If we decide to revoke the priority list for any reason arising from our will;

This will give you the opportunity to reserve your puppy safely and have priority over those who have made an open registration, so you can choose it in order of registration, following it in every phase like the confirmation of pregnancy with the first ultrasound, the moment of birth, the first feedings, the first weeks of life, the moment when they open their eyes to the world, their first steps, the first solid meal and the first games until the long-awaited day when you can take them home.

A request for a puppy from an EXPO/BREEDING setting requires a delivery at 6/7 months as it is necessary to verify the perfect health and perfect morphological characteristics required by the ENCI standard, this entails a higher cost.

The waiting times can be quite long, up to 12/18/24 months on average because it is nature that decides when and in what time frame, and we alternate with necessary resting cycles!

Official bookings will be taken no earlier than 2 weeks after birth and never later than 30/45 days prior to making a 50% deposit, in case a deposit has already been made at the time of registration on the priority waiting list, it will be subtracted from the official deposit.

We will contact in order of registration and availability of the requested puppies, giving priority to those who have registered on the priority waiting list confirmed by payment and then to free registrations.

Filling out the form is NOT BINDING WITHOUT THE OFFICIAL BOOKING AND FULL DEPOSIT PAYMENT

Upon confirmation, we will send a guide to prepare for the puppy's arrival and its settling/education

Delivery Methods:

The puppies booked will be delivered no earlier than 10 weeks of age, the time necessary for proper growth and socialisation, with the following documentation:

All our puppies come with:

• Vaccination (complete or almost complete cycle)
• Dewormings (at least 3)
• Microchip (copy of canine registry registration)
• ENCI pedigree (copy of model A and B)
• Storage of the puppy's DNA
• copy of parents' genetic exams and tests
• Genetic testing of the puppy on request (extra cost)
• Leishmaniasis exam
• Stool exam
• Antiparasitic treatment
• Pre-delivery veterinary certificate
• Guarantee Contract
• Possibility of delivery to the new family
• Possibility of deliveries abroad whit passport (costs and delivery times will be different)
• Pre-post transfer assistance
• Nutritional assistance
• Puppy bags

The puppy will be delivered exclusively to the owner, since the signing and delivery of the various documents listed above is necessary, and in order to transmit all the information necessary for its psycho-physical and healthy maintenance.

Upon delivery of the puppy, payment of the final balance will be required, in the case of a bank transfer it must be made at least 5 working days before delivery.
